Inspiration

I'm inspired by the pieces I see in Museums as much as I'm inspired by the pieces and the stories of your great grandmothers collection. Jewellery is usually an emotional purchase, something very meaningful of the moment, of the past and the future.

I'm inspired by contradictions. Many of my pieces are subtle but also very much conversation starters. They're different, they're imperfectly perfect, they're made with intuition and feeling rather than measurements and precision. They are made to last a lifetime, but you can't put your finger on when exactly they were made, and remaining timeless.

There are no rules with art. Composition is everything.....

After each custom piece I work on that person inspires me. They become a part of my process and often become very close friends....
