Robyn Rich is an Australian painter who's aim is to provide narrative and comment on our everyday experiences, bringing to life the souls and the stories of the people and objects she paints. Within her paintings she examines both the beauty and the emotion that comes with everyday life.
She sees beauty in the small, the forgotten, and sometimes the very mundane. She is not only drawn to those objects we surround ourselves with, but fascinated with the way we relate to, and interact with them. The way they make us feel and the memories they evoke.
Robyn has works in both the public and private collections in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.
Robyn and Kelty work together to conceive every individual piece. Once planned and designed, the "frame" of the miniature is formed in high carat gold. Next, usually from photo reference, the artwork is created by Robyn in Limoges enamel from her studio in Australia then shipped back to Canada to be integrated by hand into the item of wearable art you receive.
Every final piece is unique, painstainkingly designed, measured, and assembled.
